Vision for the Future of
the Institute of Ananda Nagar
We have plans that loom large. We are working toward a Composite Medical Program.
Our main focus is Acupuncture education, but we are only a part of a medical program that has an Allopathic School, a Homeopathic School, Yoga Studies, and Physical Therapy... In this Medical Program, students select a major that consumes about 90% of their academic studies; the other 10% is designed to expose the student to other modalities of health care.
Respect for all methods of health care is the primary goal of this approach, and a natural outgrowth is the ability to confidently refer patients to the best type of healing method for their particular condition. We impress upon our students the concept that the priority is the Patient getting well-- not how the patient got well, who got credit for the healing, who got paid, but being honest with that patient in directing them to the right type--or combination-- of healing that would best serve them.
Our vision is that the school continues successfully to the point of self-sufficiency. Our vision is that our medical treatment facility will be able to continue to provide free health care to all those in need. Our vision is for those that can, will help others.
