Our challenges range from staff to classrooms, to affordable books and equipment. But our biggest challenge is in the attitude that we face in India.

1. The girls are not sent to school, it is not in their role to receive an education. This way of life is still very real in rural India. We have accepted some female students from the cities, but this challenge is generations and centuries old.
2. The boys are all in a hurry to learn their trade, and start supporting both their old and new families.
3. Growing quality students in India takes a special approach. We are going for high grades that take study habits that most of these students are not aware of yet.
4. Maintaining an interesting, challenging and rewarding life of service for our staff members, when a private practice in the private sector beckons, is a daily goal for each of our teachers.
